BlackMarketAuction
BlackMarketAuction is a comprehensive /bah plugin. It offers the ability to run an automated auction at a configurable time delay, or for players to list their own items into the queue. It is inspired by a popular server's rendition of the idea, but offers enough to stand out from the source idea.

General
- Control who can bid/access the auction via permissions
- View last 5 items that have been sold
- 10 second anti-snipe functionality
- Configure percentage for bid increment
- Configure auction time and the time between auctions
- Refund bidders if they've lost
- Configure every message through lang.yml, and change functionality in config.yml
- Display a message in chat whenever someone has placed a bid or when an auction starts

Automated Auction
- Add custom items with NBT data with the /bah encode command

Player-led auction
- Add an item to the queue with /bah (price)
- See the next 5 items in queue with /bah queue
- Configure minimum listing price
