The best abilities/skills plugin on spigot, AdvancedAbilities has many features, is customizable, each ability has custom chance and percetange system, you can change all of the ability in the menu, plugin supports 3 economy plugins by default, on the latest version you can hook your economy plugin with the AdvancedAbilities, plugin supports MySQL & YAML storage, AdvancedAbilities is nice to games and survival servers, this plugin was based on the abilities of the famous server but now is so different. Plugin has 3 SYSTEMS (Default, rpg_system, permission-system), plugin supports a RPG system, players need earn EXP to get levels (You can configure events with custom ability (This accepts API abilities), custom exp (Player can has booster exp), and custom variables, look RPG - SYSTEM), plugin works on 1.7 ~ 1.10, you can use PermissionSystem instead of Default, this depends of your permission plugin (example PermissionEx) level of abilities are saved in permission way, look entire post carefully to understand the features.


Plugin supports a RPG system, this works with EXP and LVL, players need earn exp to get levels instead of buy them, players can have booster to earn more exp, booster works with custom permission, and multiplier:

Now you can create holograms with the simple command /abilities hologram create <type>

• Default abilities: Triple arrow shot, Adrenaline boost, Feather weight, Aggressive mode, Arrow tank skin, Antidote, Legendary protection, Vampire mode, Mining luck, Woodchopping luck, Pirate, Fire resistance, Explosive arrow, Sword push.
• Custom purchases: You can add simple prices (example: Vault, PlayerPoints, TokenManager, etc), buy by items (example: player needs have 5 diamonds and 5 gold blocks, and permissions to buy them.
  
• Version support: AdvancedAbilities supports 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 1.10 & 1.11.
• Holograms: You can create custom holograms (Default & RPG).
• API: You can add custom abilities and economy plugins with the API.
• MySQL and YAML storage, plugin can saves player data into files (yml) or into of the database.
• 3 System types: Rpg, permission, default.
• Fully adjustable: You can adjust everything, plugin has "9 files" to configure.
• Menu adjustable: The material of the level status is fully adjustable, you can change the material, data, amount, description (by default this is auto-implemented to description), postion of abilities (slot-lines), you can add custom click-commands into center items of menu-hotbar, you can fill blank slot with custom material, also you can change the material of next and previous page, all items of the menu are fully adjustable.
• Abilities: as I said, plugin has 12 abilities by default, you can configurate all chances, damage, animations, sounds, and more.
• Economy: you can set custom price and custom currency type (an example: 'Vault'), plugin supports 3 economy plugins by default (PlayerPoints, TokenManager and Vault), As I said, also supports custom economy made by API.
• World and regions support: You can disable an ability in a region or in a world (All default abilities supports this).

• 8 Configuration files: Abilities.yml, Lang.yml, Menus.yml, PermissionSystem.yml, RpgSystem.yml, Settings.yml, Sounds.yml, player_data.

AdvancedAbilities has 14 abilities by default, but you can add more. As I said you can add custom abilities with API, the ability made by api will add into "abilities_api" folder, in that folder you can modificate the material, description per level and on the logo, price, currency-type, 'permission to buy' and 'buy by items', if you don't understand how to make an ability contact me on skype or pm, I will help you with your doubts, these are the default abilities:

• Triple arrow shot: Shoot 3 arrows at the same time.
• Adrenaline boost: When you get hurt by arrow have the chance to get a speed boost.
• Feather weight: Take less fall damage.
• Aggressive mode: Do more damage when you have less than 5 hearts.
• Arrow tank skin: Take less damage from arrows.
• Antidote: Reduces damage caused by potion
• Legendary protection: Have a possibility to reduce damage.
• Vampire mode: Regain some health when you kill a player.
• Mining luck: Mining skill is increased so you can get more from each ore.
• Woodchopping luck: Woodchopping skill is increased so you can get more from logs from a single piece.
• Pirate: Find hidden treasures in dirt.
• Fire resistance: Take less fire damage.
• Explosive arrow: Shoot explosive arrows.
• Sword push: Chance to push the close entities.

Commands:

I'm planing add more commands, for example "/abilities hologram", and more, but for the moment these are the available commands:

• /abilities - open the abilities menu.
• /abilities help - with this command you can view all commands with functions.
• /abilities open <player> - open abilities menu to a player.
• /abilities stats - look your stats.
• /abilities stats <player> - look a player stats.
• /abilities rpg - look your rpg stats.
• /abilities rpg <player> - look a player rpg stats.
• /abilities reset <player> - reset player data.

Permissions:

You can add more permission into the configurations files, for example, permission to buy (This is in abilities shop of menus.yml), permission to open the abilities menu, and more, these are the main permissions:

• advancedabilities.* - all permission in one.
• advancedabilities.admin - permission to use /abilities (help, stats, open).
• advancedabilities.open.others - permission to open abilities menu to a player.
• advancedabilities.stats.others - permission to use /abilities (stats and rpg) <player>.
