XF2 ADD-ON AndyB XFRM get support button 1.0

Makes XFRM get support button open in new tab.

Installation:

1. Download Andy-XFRMGetSupport-1.0.zip and unzip it.
2. Copy the src/addons/Andy/XFRMGetSupport directory to your server.
3. From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.
