Here are some basic problems:
1) Some plugins can't run
Try to use MySQL database, and link it to every plugin they need.
2) Can't join another server
Open the Bungeecord, then open every single server, then you can join.
3) Minecraft Version
1.8-1.16+, If you want to support more versions, Update the Viaversion plugin to the latest version. (Include Viabackward)
4) Game can't be running very well
Check the config and fix it.
