The basic idea of the plugin is simple.
If you type a player name. It will automaticly notify that player (By: ActionBar, Title, Chat, or Sound). You can turn all those functions on/off

The plugin contains an GUI where you can enable/disable getting mentioned.

Almost everything is customizable in this plugin!

Note:
For Actionbar you'll need ActionBarAPI
For Titles you'll need TitleAPI
