What is ParticleLoop?
ParticleLoop is a skript that allows you to create particles, that will stay on there place. If you dont know what i mean. See some of the screenshots.
It is NOT just a normal particle plugin! Keep that in mind!

How to install?
1. Download the needed plugins, and restart your server.
2. Put the ParticleLoop.sk in plugins/Skript/Scripts
4. Restart server
5. Done!
