After it is downloaded on the device, Go to Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management > Shenzhen Qianhai Lantu Electronic Commerce Co. Ltd.
Once your in it, It should say Trust some where on the screen. Hit that and hit trust again and now you can open the app and play with a Fake GPS Tracker.
