The XenForo Resource Manager is an add-on that allows you to manage files, downloads, and article-like content within your forum.
Install:
Just put the XFRM folder in the /src/addons folder. or just put the whole folder in the root of your install.
Then install it with ACP - Addons.
Note: This is for Xenforo 2.x.x~ versions.
