In an easy to use config!
Every number represents an item slot, Item represents the item you see in the menu, From indicates the item that will be smelted and To into what.
You could even just use this to convert items!

Just 1 command and 1 permission!
and an alias...
/smelt and /smeltall
permission: smeltall.smelt
