How do u change the config. Where do i put those .yml files? i tried creating a folder but wont work

It depends on the version from 1.7.x to 1.
8.x gives perfectly , as I said it is a stable version, but I did not test it in the updated versions, I will put it for the test versions and if it works perfectly
