Original author description:
**This flamboyant cloak once wrapped the shoulders of Buggy the Star Clown, a pirate as loud as he is unpredictable. Woven with vibrant fabrics and stitched with ego, it turns any wearer into the center of attention—willingly or not. It carries a strange aura of luck, laughter, and lunacy.**
