ULTRA Desert parrot (Alcedo gigantea) 1.0.0

This stylized Desert Parrot reimagines the famous Australian kookaburra in a warm, blocky aesthetic inspired by Minecraft’s voxel art style. The model features simplified geometry and earthy desert tones, giving it the look of a native parrot species adapted to arid landscapes. Despite its simplicity, the design retains recognizable kookaburra traits — the stout body, large beak, and characteristic posture — making it ideal for educational games or biome-themed worlds.

Habitat and Distribution

This “Desert Parrot” variant is conceptually adapted to blocky arid biomes, sandstone cliffs, and sparse acacia groves — mirroring the dry savannas of interior Australia. In gameplay environments, it could inhabit desert temples, oases, or mesa biomes where it mimics the laughter of its real-world namesake.
