Two animated Minecraft characters: a friendly Snoop and his hostile Evil Snoop counterpart. Use them as MythicMobs mobs, or add MCPets for pet-menu controls.
ULTRA download: included with an active BlackSpigot ULTRA account upgrade. This is a Java server pack, not a client mod.
Evil Snoop has 240 health and stalks nearby Survival/Adventure players, bites and swats, then loses interest and runs away. His animations include stalk, run, chaos hop, menace, bite and hurt. He can be defeated; he does not break blocks, steal inventory or spawn naturally.
Evil Snoop stays hostile even as a pet, including toward his owner. Summon him deliberately and grant his pet permission separately.
Optional for pet features: MCPets provides the pet menu, ownership, following and recall. The included SnoopyPetsCompat helper depends on MCPets. If you are using only the MythicMobs mobs, leave out the MCPets configs and the helper JAR.
Players also need the generated ModelEngine resource pack. Nexo is an optional way to merge and deliver it with an existing pack; no Nexo item, block or furniture configs are included.
Existing PvP settings, protection plugins, pack hosting and pet-menu interactions still apply. Read instructions.txt inside the download for troubleshooting and removal. Its full pet-setup checklist includes MCPets; the mob-only path above omits that optional integration.

Required for the models and mobs: ModelEngine 4 or Ultimate Model Engine, and MythicMobs, on a compatible Paper server. Dependency plugins are not included.Optional for pet features: MCPets provides the pet menu, ownership, following and recall. The included SnoopyPetsCompat helper depends on MCPets. If you are using only the MythicMobs mobs, leave out the MCPets configs and the helper JAR.

Install & summon
- Back up your server. Install compatible ModelEngine and MythicMobs versions, let them start once, then stop the server.
- Merge the ZIP's plugins/ModelEngine and plugins/MythicMobs folders into your server. For pet features, also install MCPets, copy the included plugins/MCPets folder and add SnoopyPetsCompat-1.0.0.jar to plugins.
- Start the server and let ModelEngine import both blueprints. Distribute its generated resource pack to players using your pack hosting setup. If you already use Nexo, merge the pack, run /nexo reload pack, reconnect and accept it.
- As an operator, summon a character in a test area with /mm mobs spawn SP_Snoopy 1 or /mm mobs spawn SP_EvilSnoopy 1. Use Survival mode when checking combat.
Using MCPets
Open /mcpets. Give players snoopypets.snoopy for the friendly pet and grant snoopypets.evil_snoopy separately for the hostile variant. Use /mcpets revoke to recall an active pet. After death, the friendly pet has a 30-second recovery cooldown; Evil Snoop has 60 seconds.Tested setup & troubleshooting
The included documentation reports testing with Paper 26.1.1, Java 25, Ultimate Model Engine R4.1.1-UME.1, MythicMobs 5.13.1-SNAPSHOT and MCPets 4.1.6 (which reports 4.1.5-SNAPSHOT internally). Other combinations need testing. The mob-only installation path is based on the included configs; it was not separately runtime-tested in this website update.Existing PvP settings, protection plugins, pack hosting and pet-menu interactions still apply.
