ULTRA Veigar's Frog Dikanza 1.0.0

This Model was made for a [Minecraft Mod](https://modrinth.com/mod/chaos-eclipse), using Blockbench, and it's inspired by Weapons/Tools used by the Players in my RPG Campaign. This one is used by a Bard, called Veigar, and it's origin comes from an Instrument called "Dikanza", that is a wooden piece with many "slots" and you can make sound with it using a stick pressed trough these slots. Here in Brazil this variation of the instrument is known by "Sapo Reco-Reco" (Sapo = Frog; Reco-Reco = Makes resemblance to a frog croaking sound), that is basically the same concept, but it has a frog shape.
