Never mind. Forced an IP change.

Hi, I was trying to make an account on my PC and it closed out and I got the error "Your IP has been used by Spam Bots to attempt to register on this forum multiple times". Am I able to get my IP whitelisted? I'm making this post on my LTE right now. Thank you
