Adds ItemsAdder furniture configuration and assets for all nine Halloween signs. Actual-client validation in the combined Paper 26.1.1 showcase covered all nine furniture signs.
Legacy integration files from the source release are preserved byte-identically, but those legacy integrations were not individually runtime-retested.

Corrects ItemsAdder wall rotation and floor alignment, and sets matching Nexo wall/floor restrictions. Seven wall signs and two A-frame floor signs; all original model assets retained.
Earlier downloads and existing provider support remain available.
