AWAITING RESPOND Bought MCMODEL and was not upgraded, was I scammed?

Like the title says I bought the MCMODEL package from here just moments ago. I have not received my paid package. Please don't tell me this was a scam! I used crypt-o checkout payment and still have not got my package.

I can send any proof needed and the blockchain receipt shows full confirmations. What do I do?
