This is now the latest, as of 3/30/2023 of the Negativity AntiCheat Tests are still ongoing, but the build should be fine for Spigot(and other forks) servers. There are some issues, bugs that I will not fix about this, but if it don't enable, it's mostly my fault, otherwise, if there are issues...
