750 hours in, have neglected mining, best course of action?

so as you can see i’ve neglected mining a lot
have been saving up for edrag for dungeons/kuudra, but i’m considering doing mining to work on that part of the prlfile

heads up, i spent all my at the time gemstone powder on potm 7 thinking i would get sb xp like an idiot (i lost sb xp)

i obviously need to powder mine first, but what do i put the money into first i.e. can i afford a 655 with maxed or close to maxed divan

lastly is there a better method for mining xp than...
