I recently registered an account under the username of "somethingsomethingyeah" - can provide the email used in DM if needed. I bought the multi-bundle for $19.99. The charge has posted to my -Redacted- statement, yet my account is not working.
I've tried using the link sent to my email to register, and I get the error visible in the attached screenshot.
Additionally, when I try to login to the account or reset my password, I get an error indicating that no account could be found with the email/username I am providing.
Please support me in getting my account fixed, or I will be forced to dispute the charge on my card.
I was unable to find any other avenue for requesting support, so please point me in the right direction if I should be posting this request elsewhere.
