Add a sort of firing range to test any weapon with any profile stats

As mentioned, my idea is kind of like a firing range, wouldn't be called that, but an area where you can test any weapon or armor of your choosing and set damage, crit damage, strength, protection, etc. to test what the numbers would be for a given combination of gear and enchantments or reforges, if that makes any sense. Just a random idea I came up with when I wondered if withered or fabled would be better for my situation.
