Add Ice and Snow to Mining Sack and Stardust to Dwarven Sack

Ice is a mining drop and a mining collection, giving mining xp when mined

it's not there

snow gives mining xp via snow minion

like why should Oil Barrel, Volta, Plasma and Star Dust be there, those are not mining resources (dwarven sack exists, which is coincidentally missing stardust)
