Add Snow Spleef Duels

Spleef is not only one of the oldest, but one of the most recognizable Minecraft minigames. While Hypixel has different adaptations of this gamemode, for example Bowspleef, none compare to the original. Spleef is additionally one of the most beloved modes. It has been heavily requested for many years. It would fit well with the other 'non-pvp' modes, such as Bowspleef and the (hopefully) up-coming Quake Duels.
