Small update | Fixed reported errors.

+ Added new file version mining_luck.yml. These files will be re-created, your files will be moved to "/AdvancedAbilities/outdated/".
* Fixed mining_luck 'available_blocks'.
* Fixed mining_luck fortune enchantment.
* Fixed 'by_items' buying error.
* Fixed firework damage.

I'm working in an ability creator system (with files (YAML), without using the API), if you are a buyer and you have a good idea please tell me it, this will help me a lot! I will try to add this system in the next update (2.1.6).
