Alerting people of a new scam

A new scam I've seen a couple times now is becoming more population with no attention towards it.

In this case a scammer said he was doing giveaways for challenges, this includes for exmample "first to type 999 wins 50m" after those giveaways, I asume the winners were in a call with the scammer prepearing to press enter so it seems like someone had won and that he was actually giving away coins. After those challenges, he set up 3 auction of flowers, and he said the winners on those 3...
