Allow dungeon map to be carried in off-hand

When entering any dungeon, The player's nether star item will be swapped with the dungeon map so that they can keep track of the room location they are in including their teammates which plays a role at trying to figure out where everybody is heading at. However starting in 1.9+; It is possible to carry maps in the offhand while you also have the ability to continue to mine, build, attack, etc while still being able to see the map on the other hand.
