The site was down temporarily for maintenance, your issue should be fixed now.
If you're still having issues, it's more than likely that a plugin you have downloaded from BSMC has been removed from BSMC or the publisher was banned.
Check your history and downloaded file history for the terms 'CRACKED'. Each plugin from BSMC has cracked on the end of the file name, to help you locate what you've downloaded. Then disable/remove each plugin one by one until you find the culprit.

F @ fved:I mean I don't want to have 10-15GB to test 2Mb files twice a month and/or setting up a VM for 20 minutes every time for the same thing, but that's besides the point, you are not answering my original question, if I wanted to know how to isolate a process for testing, I'd ask that.
My question is: how can I **be sure** if something uploaded here will/won't have malware, is there like a verified uploader thing or something like that? -
