REWORKED Velocity System, General Improvements

The big change is a completely reworked system for accounting for velocities. Please read past the changelog for more details!

Changelog:
- Made some killaura checks more lenient
- Completely reworked the Velocity Accounting system into VelocityAccouting_V2.
- Fixed missing entity metadata (e.g. skeletons appear without bows)
- Fixed TileESP bug where chests could hide if you rejoined.
- Improved ImpossibleHit, especially when fighting the enderdragon

Error fix + Improved AntiAura-ML

Just a little bugfix. The good stuff is coming though, I plan to improve ImpossibleHit and make some more Machine Learning checks.

  • Fixed a bug on startup where some servers had the error "The embedded resource 'AttackPattern/Z_.zip' cannot be found in plugins/AntiAura.jar"
  • Updated AntiAura-ML.jar to AntiAura-ML_v2.jar, which is both SMALLER (150MB) and more reliable.
