Any tips to prevent getting hacked

2 Months ago i got hacked on hypixel, when i logged on i was confused bec when i went on skyblock my profile was deleted which had over 250m coins
then like a week later i got banned that didnt make sense bec i didnt log on for days and i would never try to hack the game or not play fair in any way i just wanted to play sb and now i want to start another sb account but im scared that ill get hacked so any ideas to prevent it?
