Are booster cookies worth it?

Ok so after someone commented on my nearly month old coins lost bcs of dying thread I've finally decided to ask myself this question:

"Are booster cookies worth it?"

My minions make a passive ~5m per day so I could afford infinite booster cookies assuming they cost 10-17m, and if they're eventually a profit in the long run, I would gladly invest.
