Are the Chuckleton odds truly ok?

This could result in a bug report.

I want to make a survey to compile the experiences of players with both novice skull and ragna rock not dropping.

If odds are correct, there should be an equal amount of people over than under 25, due to it being a 4% (1/25) chance to drop.

I myself am at 50+ runs and no skull and got rock at nearly 50 miniboss kills, but I know of people with >150 runs or minis with absolutely no reward except a few magma urchins.

I believe this could be an error that...
