To combat advertising in Public Chats there's an automated filter that picks up chat messages like
"Maybe a player writes a list like this,but,forgets,spaces" as advertisements to another minecraft server or website. You get a message in chat that "Advertising or attempting to bypass the filter is against the rules" on Hypixel, and even though this system is annoying it helps to prevent false mutes.
