Balance the ender pearl drops

The terminator recipe takes 1.024.000 ender pearls which is a normal amount considering normal profiles (20-30m) buy them from bazaar but... ironman on the other hand have to grind the pearls themselves.

From my own testing i was averaging around 250 - 350 pearls every 30 seconds when killing enderman in the void sepulture.
which would make it around 30k-42k / hour.
( [250:350] * 2 * 60)
You could say i am doing it inefficiently so lets say u can do 500 e pearls / 30 sec...
