BBCode replacement not taking effect after SQL update (IPB to XenForo migration)

Hello,
I recently migrated my forum from Invision Power Board (IPB) to XenForo. As part of the cleanup process, I ran the following SQL queries directly in the database to replace old BBCode tags:

UPDATE xf_post
SET message = REPLACE(message, '[hide]', '[REPLYTHANKS]')
WHERE message LIKE '%[hide]%';

UPDATE xf_post
SET message = REPLACE(message, '[/hide]', '[/REPLYTHANKS]')
WHERE message LIKE '%[/hide]%';
