ChiefLeaks submitted a new resource:

BeastSpawnerLevelUp - Level up your spawners to unlock the access

This plugin will allow you to lock spawners so your players need to level up
there access with XP.

Players can t kill mobs from spawners witch you lock if they don t have
that spawner level....
