been fishing for two hours tryna get volcanic stonefish

Im fishing 32 already finished main storyline

Im trying to get volcanic stonefish from blazing volcano for a daily quest

It's been 2 hours

I have 20 trophy fish chance (magma rod + hot bait)

Using math I have 20% to get any trophy fish and 3% to get volcanic stonefish

20/100 x 3/100 = 60/1000

Which goes to 6/100 = 6%

I've already used 2 stacks of hotbait, so this doesnt make sense (I've gotten other trophy fish too)

is my math wrong or do I really gotta fish 5 hours for volcanic...
