Being diagnosed with cancer (my experience so far)

Hello everyone, I don't often try to sensationalize on things like this, but it seems like if I don't have an output and just kept it to myself and a few others, the treatment would be really mentally painful the next. Some have let me down, others shown their support, and I'm okay with that, even if it means I can't get visited by friends close to me.
