Bingo unsoulbinding is kinda dumb

I am bias as a bingo player who already had spring boots, but I think that bingo should give something unique.
This change made bingo 100% optional for normal profiles, and it is something absolutely skippable.

Now it is too late to undo the change, they are unsoulbound, but I think it would made sense to make bingo items unusable without the bingo rank to purchase them (like slayer items). Bingo talisman line would give no mp without bingo ranks, and other items would not function.
