So about the rift version, it ALSO lasts for 10 seconds and is meant to be a wand.
Also, the healing, defense and strength buffs in the outside of rift version are ALL affected by those healing stats.
Take my mending when using holy dragon armour for example.
If some tank had 1k defense, the ability WOULD have done 25 extra defense. But because of this mending increase, it actually does +44%
That ends up being 36 defense granted 5 whole times...
