Can i get my account back if they have changed the password and/or deleted the acct (I don't know which)

Recently my account was hacked and when it got unbanned I logged on to instantly get logged out, then when I was trying to relog in it said this account cannot be found even though I have all the passwords and account emails written down. This is the second time this has happened to me and I am wondering if there is a way to get it back (IGN is Bigshow123487)
