Can I give my friend the realm (world) I own?

For context, I jumped into my month long Minecraft stint a few months back and started a realm with all my friends. Slowly we all started to burn out until there was one friend left playing who still plays fairly actively to this day.

I want to cancel my subscription, because I am not a good enough friend to burn money so they can play on a single player world, but I also don’t want to rob them of all of their hard work and joy. Is there any way to give them the world while canceling my sub?
