AWAITING RESPOND Can't upload resource - "This action is available via POST only"

I apologize if I'm posting this in the wrong forum

I'm trying to upload a premium resource that hasn't been added yet. However, when I try to post the resource, I get the error in the image.

I have tried on Firefox and Chrome (w/o adblocker, etc.)

Any help would be appreciated.
