Chargeback ban question

So basically, my friend and coop member fell for an Oauth scam, and his account was compromised. He is a good friend and wanted me to still be able to play on the account, so he tried to get the account banned. He eventually came up with the idea to charge back a rank he bought earlier, and I read somewhere that Hypixel permanently bans you if you do a chargeback. However, that post was from 2021 and I'm not sure if it still works. Could someone please help? Also I am not sure if the hacker...
