Check for Similar Threads on the New Thread Screen

It would be similar to this vbulletin.org module:

Basically once the user is done typing a title or removes focus from the title box, it will search the DB for similar threads through an AJAX request. If threads are found, it will display the results above the title input box so use can participate in the similar threads instead of creating a new thread about a similar topic.
