Citrines are underpowered

As the title says, citrines are underpowered. The amount of foraging fortune they give is negligible. That was fine when they were the only source, but with so many other sources existing, they are barely worth the time it takes to apply them to gear now. This problem is made even worse by the fact that the foraging armor has a low rarity, so they will give even less than they do on treecap when applied to armor.
