Co-op System Suggestion

I am not one of the players who got betrayed (yet). But I want the co-op system to be more.. "resilient" from betrayals, or ratted players.

Ranked Coop System
Rank: Owner
Permissions: Can kick players via no vote kick unless a player with the Rank "Voter" is on the Coop. Which then prompts a vote kick, if the kick is to the Voter, then the other player is counted as a Voter. If there is no other player to count as "Voter" then the player will be "Timed Out" which means they cannot...
