Collectibles locker are missing from certain lobbies.

We were playing a dual game. After the game ended, I went to the duel 1 lobby and noticed that the collection locker was missing. What's surprising here is that the collectibles stash only disappears from the Duel 1 lobby. Additionally, in Lobby 1, devices such as tournament banners stopped working.

Is there anyone who, like me, has experienced an incident where the collectibles locker disappears from a specific lobby? And does anyone know the solution?
