Completely unplayable UHC - The end?

Far as I can tell UHC or all PVP gamemodes have been left for dead by the server. I played the last couple days for the first in a long time and every game I played (UHC) had multiple hoppers in it either teaming or boosting a higher star player. I've played against multiple high star players that simply don't care if they get banned for boosting because by the time they do their stats are up 10x (Ragedemon, Honokanana, Wolfmolly, Numnynta).
