Could I manage M5 or not?

I'm currently C36, F7 RCM with around 880MP, 9 starred term, 10 starred wimp hype, decent 3/4 storm with wither goggles. I want to move onto M4-M5 for decent XP gain. Could 700-800M budget get me a decent gameplay? I'm thinking about getting master starred legion V g6p6 2/4 necron (since I have gheads and maxor boots). I will not have enough purse for gdrag/edrag though (not even mentioning 1B bank). I heard fb sucks for mm so I changed my mind on that. I have mythic black cat for clearing...
