Crown of Avarice Rework/Buff Idea

As of right now, the CoA (Crown of Avarice) is really just mid. It doesn't compete with Warden except for *allegedly* Kuudra and that's at 1b coins scavenged which takes 180 hours generally. Though I like the idea of a Gdrag-esc item where you get x number of something to make it better, the CoA isn't WORTH doing that because it's just worse than Warden.

How I would buff it: Just like the recent Gdrag change I'd nerf the amount of coins needed to 100m, this means it still...
